Craigslist Killer photo no help in apprehension efforts

Philip Markoff was introduced to the world last week through the grainy picture released by the Boston Police Department.  While this picture was distributed through the internet and other news outlets, no one came forward to identify him.  Markoff was eventually apprehended through the use of email tracing. While there is a mountain of evidence already piled up against Philip, this photographic evidence will undoubtedly be used to assist prosecution efforts.
